Health Coaching
Health Coaching is a combination of training and mentoring. People chose to work with a Health Coach to develop new approaches to their lifestyle routines, change non-beneficial habits and manage chronic disease processes. The Coaching relationship is a partnership to share your goals, desires, experiences and challenges and to help you move through these in creative way. The purpose of your Health Coach is to help you focus on the health changes you want to make to bring you to improved wellness, and to celebrate your successes with you.

Nutrition
Health Coaching will help teach you to learn to make healthy nutritional choices.
Health Coach Judith will provide information about what makes a healthy choice, and work with you to understand what your current choices are, and why you make them. You and Health Coach Judith will work together to create a plan to introduce healthy choices into your daily life that fit your personal preferences and needs. Whether you are learning how to shop for healthier foods; what to choose when dining out; how to cook foods for better nutrition or just trying to understand the basics of the dietary recommendations and guidelines; Health Coach Judith, and the wealth of resources and tools she uses help you achieve your goal!

Fitness
Health Coaching will help you get fit and stay fit.
The first step is to assess your current fitness level. Next, you and Health Coach Judith will take a strong look at your current lifestyle and exercise interests. This will help you set fitness goals you can achieve and make it FUN to get fit. Together you and Health Coach Judith will create a plan that works for your lifestyle and leads to you reaching your goal. You will also have a variety of tools available to you to track your exercise progress and measure your success! Health Coach Judith will help you identify and learn about obstacles you encounter when trying to reach your exercise goals, then you and Health Coach Judith will collaborate to develop a plan to overcome these obstacles.

Stress
Health Coaching will help teach you to manage and reduce stress.
Health Coach Judith will work with you to help understand your thoughts, perceptions and the events that create stress for you. Health Coach Judith will encourage your development of self-observation and self-awareness so that you can learn about how you respond to events in your life and begin to recognize how you can best manage your stress level. This will enable you and Health Coach Judith to select and implement an array of stress management tools and techniques and to learn how to incorporate them into your day.

Disease Management
Health Coaching will help you establish a plan of action to better manage your chronic condition by enhancing your healthy lifestyle habits.
Many chronic conditions can be improved by simply changing to healthy lifestyle habits such as exercising, eating better, managing your stress/anxiety, losing weight and stopping non-beneficial habits. If you suffer from a chronic condition and your physician has suggested that improving your healthy lifestyle habits can have a positive impact on your situation, then working with Health Coach Judith will help you achieve the healthy lifestyle changes to significantly impact your ability to control the advancement of your disease.
You and Health Coach Judith will work together to understand your current lifestyle choices and how they affect your disease. Following parameters set by your physician, you and Health Coach Judith will identify things that you can and are willing to change, and create a meaningful and personalized plan of action that creates success for you.

Weight Loss
Health Coaching will help you establish a plan of action to manage your weight.
The first step is to assess your current weight, how it is affecting your health and reviewing your goals. Together you and Health Coach Judith will create a plan that works for your lifestyle and set realistic goals that will include looking at your nutrition and fitness. You will have a variety of tools to assess your progress and measure your successes. Along the way Health Coach Judith has access to a variety of tools, resources and suggested products to help you achieve success in your weight loss targets. The result is a leaner, trimmer you.
